Building a clay model

i build a clay mation model the other day and i found it a bit hard. i found building the body is hard because i trid everything such a a big ball to a long sausages in the end made a long box type of body. i then went on to make the head in my view is the easy bit because i rolled piece of clay in to a ball and then i put stuff on the face such as a mouth, eyes, hair and a beard.then i put a piece of wire in between the head and the body to stop the head falling of the body and to help move the head.i then went on to make two arms.making two arms was hard because i kept making them to thin or to thick so  i needed some help to make them.then i made a microphone which was easy to attach to one of the arms.then i ended making the clay model with making his feet. i got a idea for his feet from a a few birds such as a penguin so i made his feet flat and i attached them to the body.
Re-creating Blackton

in a group of three we re-created blackton animation but with a whiteboard and instead of two people we did a fish being dragged out of the sea with a fishing line.we record new peices of the drawing ina second so one second we draw a line the next second is a longer line and so on and so forth.
Flip Books

flip books are aimed at all ages. flip book has a range from a clown walking for children to much ruder one for adults.

the reason why flip books are important to history for is because it is first time time multiple imagies are used and together the imagie offers  life like movement to the drawings.

what technquies was used to make this animation.you have to flick through the paper to make the picture move and this will make the drawing move like it was real.

what technology was used in maqking the flip book. you need to use scissors, paper and staples to create this life like animation.
bird and a cage

the main audience for the bird and the cage is for young children, optical illusions were seen as immature and unimportant

the reason why it it important in the history of animation is because it is showed how can a non move able paper with picture on it turns in to the first animation.

the techniques to make the bird and a cage is scissor, paper, glue, rubber band and a pen and then you fit it all together and spin it and it will appear to look like the bird is in a cage
